Нов Bugatti Veyron идва през 2013-та - Скици

Британското списание Auto Express обявява нов модел Bugatti Veyron,

а също така  и публикува няколко скици, които показват визията на новия суперспортист.

Auto Express, казва, че новият Veyron ще бъде около 100 кг по-лек от сегашния модел и вероятно за задвижване ще се грижи 8.0-литров W16 двигател (в съчетание с седемстепенна предавателна кутия с двоен съединител).

Новият Veyron ще разполага с най-малко 1200 к.с. и 1500 Нм въртящ момент, ускорение 0-100 км/ч по-малко от 2.5 секунди, максимална скорост от около 435 км/ч.

Новият Veyron се очаква през 2013 г., при условие, че продажбите трябва да започнат година по-късно. Auto Express обяви цената му за Великобритания - около един милион паунда.

Volkswagen подготвя нов план за производство,

в който основната цел на немския производители е да стане № 1 на пазара през 2018 г. с развитието на редица нови модели. След като беше обявено, че Audi ще отговаря за развитието на всички спортни автомобили във Volkswagen Group и Porsche, Volkswagen отиде крачка напред и подготвя нова стратегия за Bugatti.

Според германското списание "Шпигел ", Veyron може да стане история, защото от 2014-та г. Bugatti може да започне производството на луксозни седани.

Разбира се, броят на произвежданите модели ще бъдат ограничени до определен брой клиенти, както и преди, с астрономически цени, но VW смята, че само по този начин може да остане печеливша.

Първият проект (Galibier) е вече в процес на изграждане и ще бъде седан на платформата на Audi A8 от следващото поколение.

According to Volkswagen Group, the DIN rated motive power output, approved by TÜV Süddeutschland, of the final production Veyron engine produces 736 kilowatts (1,001 PS; 987 bhp), and generates 1,250 newton metres (922 ft·lbf) of torque.
